Pastor Spencer graduated Zion Bible Institute in Barrington RI in 1987. After graduation he leaped into full time youth ministry for 3 years. While Micheal was in Elmira he met his gorgeous wife Rhonda and married 9 months later. As they embarked in their new life together in the ministry, they were called to Newfield NY to Pastor a failing work. For 5 years they served the Lord Jesus and His people in Newfield, building the spiritual and physical edifice of the church. In 1995 Micheal felt the direction to the Evangelistic field where he traveled full time for 3 years. At this point in history Christ birthed the vision of His Tabernacle Family Church. In February 1998 the church began with 5 people and has grown ever since. Pastor Spencer has completed his Master's in Theology and is enrolled in the Doctorate program through Regent Bible Institute. Micheal has also received a Doctorate in Christian Education
